Název: Nejčastější úrazy na vybraných vodních plochách v České republice. Cíle: Cílem této práce je zmapování nejčastějších úrazů ošetřovaných vodní záchrannou službou (VZS) na vodních nádržích Lipno, Orlík a Slapy. Metody: V této práci jsem použila kvantitativní metodu sběru dat. Na základě dokumentace z webového portálu VZS (vodní záchranné služby) pro vyplňování zásahových listů, jsem ze tří pracovišť VZS retrospektivně získávala celkový počet zásahů, počet a druhy úrazů a příčiny úrazů na vybraných vodních plochách, a to v roce 2017. Tyto jsem následně vizualizovala v přehledných tabulkách a grafech. Výsledky: Zjistila jsem, že ve sledovaném období bylo zaevidováno celkem 66 úrazů. Častěji jsou zraněni muži. Dále jsem zjistila, že nejčastějšími druhy úrazů jsou rány. Také se potvrdil fakt, že děti jsou riziková skupina u vodní plochy, z hlediska možného tonutí a utonutí. V červenci je největší úrazovost kvůli velkému množství rekreantů na vodních přehradách a toto číslo s koncem prázdnin pozvolna klesá. Klíčová slova: úrazy, vodní záchranná služba Českého červeného kříže, vodní záchrana, první pomoc Title: Summary of the Most Common Injuries Occurring on Selected Bodies of Water in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main focus of this thesis is to find out the most frequent injuries that occur on open water, including Lipno, Orlík and Slapy lakes. Methods: In this thesis I used a quantitative method of data collection, based on the documentation obtained from the Water Rescue Service website. I retrospectively obtained the total number of interventions, the number and types of accidents and the causes of accidents on selected locations in 2017. I subsequently visualized these in charts. Results: I found, that there were a total of 66 injuries registered in this reporting period. Men were injured more frequently than women however, children were the largest group at risk, due to the incidences of drowning. It was also confirmed that the most common types of injuries were wounds. In July, the accident rate was really low due to a smaller number of a campers at water reservoirs.
