Název: Odhad množství svalové hmoty u dětí pomocí alternativních metod Cíle: Cílem práce bylo na základě dat získaných z Festivalu sportu dětí a mládeže zjistit, zda existují jednoduché alternativní metody k odhadnutí množství svalové hmoty u dětí mladšího školního věku. Metody: Práce má charakter průřezové studie. Do výzkumu bylo zahrnuto 101 dětí, které se zúčastnily měření ve třech městech České republiky. K měření tělesné kompozice byla použita bioelektrická impedance InBody 720, k měření obvodů byl využit krejčovský metr. Výsledky: Byla zjištěna silná závislost svalové hmoty na obvodu předloktí a na jednotlivých poměrech obvodů a hmotnosti. Methods: The work has the character of a cross-sectional study. There were 101 children included in the survey participants who were measured in three cities in the Czech Republic. The bioelectric impedance InBody 720 was used to measure the body composition and the tape measure was used to measure the circumferences. Results: There was a strong correlation between muscle mass and the forearm circumference and forearm and hand circumferences divided by body weight.
