Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu s kavárnou v Havlíčkově Brodě. Objekt se nachází v mírně svažitém pozemku a je částečně podsklepen. Obytná část má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Celá část je zastřešená sedlovou střechou se spádem 30° s betonovými taškami. V druhé části je jednopodlažní kavárna zastřešená plochou vegetační střechou ve sklonu 3°. Garáž je od objektu oddělená s plochou vegetační střechou. Svislé konstrukce v nadzemní části jsou tvořený ze systému Porotherm a obvodové zdivo v suterénu je tvořeno z prefabrikovaných bednících betonových tvarovek. Vodorovná konstrukce je tvořená z monolitické železobetonové desky. Část fasády je zakončená silikonovou fasádou a část tvoří provětrávaná fasáda s dřevěným obkladem. The subject of this these the proces of building technical od desingn documentation for the realization of a newly-built detached house with a cafe in Havlíčkův Brod. The building is slightly sloping terrain and is with partial basement. Living area have got two above- ground floor and basement. Whole part is roofing gable roof with roof slope 30° with concrete tiles. In the second part is single-storey building a cafe is roofing flat green roof with slope 3°.The garage is separate with flat green roof. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with wood cladding.
