Volba francouzského prezidenta je vždy celosvětově velmi sledovanou událostí. Francouzský prezident patří k nejvlivnějším evropským státníkům, stabilita Francie se odráží i v dalších částech kontinentu. Pro média je prezidentská volba vděčným tématem, které rozebírají ze všech možných stran. Prezidentská kampaň ve Francii se v roce 2017 vyznačovala silnými výroky a výsledek voleb byl celosvětově očekávanou událostí. Do finálního kola se probojovala Marine Le Penová, předsedkyně Národní fronty. Kontrast její osoby a pozdějšího vítěze centristy Emanuela Macrona, dodal prezidentské kampani speciální náboj. V této bakalářské práci se zabývám otázkou, jak o těchto událostech ve Francii informovaly české deníky MF Dnes a Právo. Zejména v práci sleduji, zda deníky přistoupily k tématu objektivně a nestranně a analyzuji, s jakou prioritou o francouzském tématu informovaly a o jakou konkrétní událost a období se nejvíce zajímaly. V případě tak zásadní události, jakou je volba francouzského prezidenta, se naskytuje otázka, jestli deníky MF Dnes a Právo ve svých článcích neprotěžovaly nebo naopak neopomíjely jednoho z kandidátů. Obě zvolená média mají v České republice odlišné spektrum čtenářů, jedno je politicky zaměřené doprava od středu, druhé naopak doleva. Stěžejní otázku jsem zpracoval pomocí... The French President election is always a highly watched event worldwide. The French president is one of the most influential European politics, stability of France is reflected in other parts of the European continent. President election is always very important topic for a media, which is analyzed from all possible sides. The presidential campaign in France was characterized by a strong words from the candidates and the election results was expected event worldwide. Marine Le Pen, chairwoman of the National Front, stepped to the final round of the president election. The contrast of her personality and later winner Emanuel Macron has added a special charge to the presidential campaign. I discussed in this bachelor thesis how two Czech media MF Dnes and Právo informed about French president election. I analyzed id and tries to find answer, if media informed about this event objectively and what priority did they give to this event. I also discussed a possible question, if the dailies did not bother one of the candidates in their articles. Both selected media have a different spectrum of readers in the Czech Republic.
