Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou kolorektálního karcinomu. Pojednává o rizikových faktorech souvisejících s rozvojem CRC, jako jsou špatné stravovací návyky, konzumace alkoholu, kouření a o protektivních faktorech, jako je konzumace zeleniny, ovoce a fyzická aktivita. Výzkumná část se zabývá ověřením těchto faktorů u pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and research. The theoretical part deals with the issue of colorectal cancer. Discusses about the risk factors of CRC such as bad dietary habits, alcohol consumption and nicotinism and protective factors mainly intake of vegetable and fruits and physical activity. The aim of the research part is real verification of these factors among patiens with colorectal cancer.
