Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením finančního plánu podniku na období let 2017-2020. První část práce obsahuje teoretické podklady pro finanční plánování. Dále je představena vybraná společnost, zpracovány strategická a finanční analýza za roky 2012-2016, ze kterých vychází další klíčové výpočty. Podstatnou část tvoří návrh finančního plánu ve dvou variantách. Na závěr jsou tyto verze zhodnoceny. This master´s thesis focuses on completing drat of financial plan of the company for years 2017-2020. The first chapter contains theoretical knowledge of financial planning. After there is an introduction of company, complete strategic and financial analysis for years 2012-2016. The crucial part of this thesis creates the draft of financial planning in two two versions. In the end there is an evaluation of them.
