Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem územního plánování na cenu pozemků v obcích Hovorany a Čejč. Pozemky jsou oceněny cenou obvyklou a také pomocí oceňovacího předpisu. Oba pozemky jsou oceněny jako zemědělské, určené k zastavění územním plánem a jako stavební. This thesis deals with the impact of territorial planning on land prices in the towns Hovorany and Čejč. The land is priced according to administrative price and market price. The thesis works with the land as agricultural land, land designed for construction according to the territorial planning and building land.
