Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením nákladů v podniku. Jejím cílem je představit efektivní systém řízení nákladů v podniku a na základě analýzy nákladů a řízení nákladů, následně navrhnout dílčí opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu v konkrétním podniku z oblasti strojírenství, to vše na základě zjištěných informací a s využitím získaných teoretických poznatků. Za účelem splnění daného cíle je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše dostupných zdrojů. Analytická část obsahuje informace o konkrétním podniku. Přínosem práce je identifikace slabin daného podniku v oblasti řízení nákladů a navržení řešení, které by v konečném důsledku vedlo ke snížení nákladů a zefektivnění procesu řízení nákladů. This bachelor thesis deals with cost management in the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce an effective system of the cost management in the company and, on the basis of cost analysis and cost management, to propose submeasures to improve the current situation in a particular engineering company, all based on the information obtained and the use of theoretical knowledge. For purpose of the goal, the thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of research of available sources. The analytical section contains information about a particular company. The benefit of this work is to identify the company's lack of cost management and design solutions that eventually lead to cost savings and more cost-effective management.
