Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby součásti typu táhla pomocí zápustkového kování na bucharu. Materiál je ocel 12 060. Na základě literární studie problematiky kování a výpočtů byl navržen výkovek, technologický postup a zápustka pro buchar. Na základě vypočtené potřebné práce úderu byl navržen buchar KHZ 2. Bylo provedeno technickoekonomické hodnocení. The project deals with the design of the production of a rod-shaped component using a die swage. The material is steel 12 060. Based on a literature study on forging and calculations, the forging, the technological process and the hammer die were designed. Based on the calculated work required, the power hammer KHZ 2 was designed. Technical and economic evaluation was performed.
