Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o endoprotéze kolenního kloubu a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá z obecné a speciální části. Obecná část obsahuje teoretické poznatky vztahující se k osteoartróze a metodám její léčby. Především se zaměřuje na implantaci endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Důraz je kladen na terapeutické metody z pohledu fyzioterapie. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Obsahuje anamnézu, kompletní vstupní kineziologický rozbor, terapeutické jednotky a zhodnocení provedené terapie. Kazuistika byla vypracována v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici Praha od 8. 1. 2018 do 2. 2. 2018. Výsledky: Zdravotní stav pacienta se během terapie zlepšil, zvolená terapie byla tedy účinná. General part contains theoretic knowledge of osteoartrithis and methods of its treatment, mainly the information about total endoprosthesis of knee joint. The important part is methods of treatment by physiotherapeutist. Special part contain case study of a patient with total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. It includes anamnesis, complex kinesiological examination, therapies and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Case study was made in Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha from 8. 1. 2018 to 2. 2. 2018 Results: Health condition of the patient was better after rehabilitation, so choosen therapy was right.
