Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj obchodních aktivit společnosti Netcope Technologies a.s. na americkém trhu zaměřující se na IT technologii. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky, které jsou následně využity v analytické části. Analýze je podrobená samotná společnost, její konkurenční prostředí a americký trh. Hodnoty ze všech analýz byly shrnuty do SWOT a následně z ní vyhodnoceny problémy. Poslední část se zabývá řešením těchto problémů, které by měli napomoci společnosti zvýšit prodej a tím i tržby na americkém trhu. The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of Netcope Technologies a.s. on the U.S. IT technology market. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, which is subsequently used in the analytical part. The analysis is subject to the company itself, its competitive environment and the American market. Values from all analyses were summed up into the SWOT and subsequently evaluated. The last part deals with solving these problems which should help the company to increase sales and thus sales on the U.S. market.
