Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty podniku Pekárna XYZ s.r.o. za použití výnosové metody. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska práce. V druhé části je nejprve představena firma, poté následuje strategická a finanční analýza včetně jejího zhodnocení. Ve třetí části je vybrána nejvhodnější metoda ocenění a následně je stanovena hodnota vybraného podniku k datu 1. ledna 2017. The master thesis deals with the determination of the value of the company Pekárna XYZ s.r.o. by using the income-based method. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part defines the theoretical background of the thesis. The second part firstly introduces the company, followed by strategic and financial analysis, including its evaluation. In the third part, the most appropriate valuation method is selected, and subsequently the value of the selected company is determined, as of January 1st, 2017.
