Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na inovaci motivačního systému ve vybraných společnostech. V práci je analyzován současný motivační systém a pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru jsou zjištěny nedostatky v motivování zaměstnanců. Na základě provedeného empirického výzkumu jsou zpracovaný konkrétní návrhy vedoucí ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. The diploma thesis focuses on the innovation of the motivation system in selected companies. The thesis analyzes the current motivation system and through the structured interview, weaknesses in employee motivation are identified. On the basis of the empirical research carried out, concrete proposals are developed to increase the motivation of the employees.
