Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu. Tento plán řeší založení e-shopu specializovaného na reproduktory, sluchátka a příslušenství. Práce zkoumá teoretická východiska pro zpracování podnikatelského plánu a využívá analýz SLEPTE, SWOT a McKinsey 7S doplněných rozborem vlastního výzkumu. Na základě výše zmíněných informací je sestaven samotný podnikatelský plán. This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan. This plan is concerned with the startup of an online store which specializes in speakers, headphones and accessories. The thesis explores business plan theory and utilizes the SLEPTE, SWOT and McKinsey 7S analyses complemented by an analysis of my own research. Based on the above mentioned information, the business plan itself is drawn up.
