Práca sa zaoberá štúdiom komunikačných modelov pre kooperatívne systémy inteligentnej dopravy a vývojom testovacej aplikácie. Vybrané komunikačné modely ETSI ITS-G5 a IEEE 1609.x DSRC/WAVE sú popísané k referenčnému modelu ISO/OSI. Pre každý model sú opísané princípy komunikácie, ktoré systémy inteligentnej dopravy prinášajú. Následne sú podrobne rozpísané štruktúry a účel správ pre prenos informácií o hazardných situáciach, geometrií križovatky, fázy a stavy svetelnej signalizácie križovatky. Na základe týchto štruktúr a ďalších požiadaviek je vytvorená aplikácia, ktorá umožňuje jednoduché definovanie výstražných správ, geometrie križovatiek a jej stavov svetelnej signalizácie. The thesis deals with the study of communication models for cooperative intelligent transport systems and the development of the application used for testing. The ETSI ITS-G5 and IEEE 1609.x DSRC/WAVE comunication stacks were compared to standartizes layered ISO/OSI reference model. The basic principes of comunication in inteligent transport systems are described for each model. Besides that the common messages structures for defining alert messages, the intersection geometry and trafic lights signals are described in further detail. Based on these structures and other requirements, an application is created that allows easy definition of alert messages, intersection geometry and its traffic light states.
