Diplomová práce: Právní úprava nakládání se zvířaty v lidské péči Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou nakládání se zvířat v lidské péči, a to na úrovni národní, mezinárodní i na úrovni Evropské unie. Systematicky se člení do čtyř hlavních kapitol. V kapitole první se věnuje vymezení pojmů pro oblast ochrany zvířat relevantních, zejména vymezuje rozdíl mezi pojmy zvíře, živočich a zvěř a dále podává přehled o další kategorizaci zvířat, jimiž jsou zvířata pokusná, hospodářská, zvířata chovaná v zájmovém chovu, handicapovaná, zvířata vyžadující ze strany člověka zvláštní péči, toulavá a opuštěná. Ve své druhé kapitole jsem se snažila nastínit vztah vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva, nejprve s práce věnuje právní úpravě na mezinárodní úrovni, v této části práce přibližuje pět nejvýznamnějších dohod přijatých v rámci Rady Evropy, dále zmiňuje Všeobecnou deklaraci OSN na ochranu zvířat. Ve druhé kapitole se dále věnuji legislativě na úrovni Evropské Unie, kde popisuji primární a sekundární právní předpisy, ale také koncepční nástroje. Na úrovni České republiky přibližuji rozdělení vnitrostátních právních předpisů na ty, které poskytují zvířatům přímou ochranu proti týrání, v rámci této oblasti blíže představuji zákon na ochranu zvířat proti týrání, poté na ty, které jim poskytují ochranu... 1 Abstract Diploma thesis: Legal regulation of the treatment of animals under human care This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of the treatment of animals under human care at the national, international and European Union levels. It is systematically divided into four main chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of relevant animal protection concepts, in particular defines the difference between the concepts of animal, creature and wildlife, it also gives an overview of further categorization of animals such as experimental animals, farm animals, animals breed for hobby, handicapped animals, animals that need special care from human, wandering and deserted animals. In my second chapter, I attempted to outline the relationship between national and international law. Firstly is the diploma thesis devoted to presents five most important agreements adopted within Council of Europeat international level, then mentions the Universal Declaration for protection of animals adopted within the United Nations organizations. In other part of the second chapter I devote to legislation at European Union level describing primary and secondary legislation, as well as conceptual tools.
