Abstract: In this paper we propose a novel method for magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) fitting quality assessment based on time domain resampling of acquired spectra and bootstrapping of the obtained results. The authors introduce two resampling strategies and example results are shown. The proposed method requires MRS data without averaging.
