Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu polyfunkčního domu ve Velkém Meziříčí. Objekt je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní s částečným podsklepením, které slouží k účelům parkování pro 4 osobní vozidla. V nadzemních podlažích se celkově nachází 8 bytových jednotek. Další prostory objektu jsou využívány jako prostory pro služby a administrativu. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří vápenopískové cihly, které jsou zatepleny kombinovanou tepelnou izolací. The subject of the diploma thesis is design and processing of the design documentation for the new building in Velké Meziříčí. The building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement, which serves like garage for 4 cars. On the above floors there are 8 residential units. Other premises are used as a business and administrative area. The loadbearing structure is made of sand-lime bricks, which are insulated with combined thermal insulation.
