The pseudosimilarity concept makes it possible to estimate end-effects in rotational viscometry without using more-parameter models of viscosity function but, on the other hand, it introduces some error. Actual extent of the deviations for an ideal Couette flow between coaxial cylinders is studied for common 2- and 3- parameter models of viscosity function. Koncepce pseudopodobnosti eliminuje nezbytnost práce s více parametrovými modely viskozitní funkce při odhadu koncových efektů. Cenou za tuto výhodu při zpracování primárních dat z rotační viskozimetrie je snížená přesnost. Skutečná míra odchylek pro ideální Couette-ovský tok mezi koaxiálními válci je studována pro některé běžné dvou- a tří- parametrové modely viskozitní funkce.
