Dan Omcirk Vedoucí diplomové práce: PhDr. Babeta Chrzanowská Konzultant diplomové práce: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, Ph.D. Cíle práce: Provést testování plavců a moderních pětibojařů ve věku 9 - 13 let, výsledky vyhodnotit a tabelárně zpracovat. Vybrané výsledky porovnat mezi skupinami a posoudit, zda tréninková příprava ovlivňuje úroveň některých motorických předpokladů, pohybových schopností a vybraných tělesných parametrů. Metodika práce: Výzkumnou metodou práce je komparace. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen dětmi z plaveckého oddílu SK Motorlet Praha (n = 13; průměrný věk 11,5 ± 1,1 let) a dětmi z oddílu moderního pětiboje Dukla Praha (n = 10; průměrný věk 10,5 ± 0,8 let). Probandi se zúčastnili motoricko-kondičních testů - Cooperův test (běžecký a plavecký test 12 minut), test kloubní pohyblivosti (pletenec ramenní, segment bederní páteře a kyčelního kloubu), dále test dynamiky dolních končetin, absolutní síly horních končetin, posturální stability a vyšetření tělesného složení. Naměřené výsledky byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány. Z výsledků byly vyvozené závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Výsledky práce: Výsledky vzájemného porovnání skupin jsou prezentovány v praktické části, včetně zodpovězení výzkumných otázek.... Furthermore to evaluate and tabulate the results. Compare the selected results in- between the groups and assess whether the training is affecting the level of certain motor assumptions, physical abilities and selected body parameters. Methodology: The research method of this work is comparison. The research group was composed by children from the SK Motorlet Praha (n = 13, mean age 11.5 ± 1.1 years) and children from the modern pentagon Dukla Praha (n = 10, mean age 10.5 ± 0.8 years). Tested objects were participated in motor-fitness tests - Cooper's test (running and swimming test 12 minutes), joint mobility test (shoulder, lumbar spine and hip segment), lower limb dynamics test, absolute upper limb strength, postural stability and body composition test.
