Na základě DSC měření semen s definovanou aktivitou vody bylo zjištěno, že semena ředkvičky mají menší množství silně vázané vody než semena pažitky. On the base of DSC measurements of seeds with defined water activity was found, that radish seeds have lower amount of strongly bonded water that chives seeds.
