Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení finanční situace a zdraví společnosti Koh-i-noor Ponas s.r.o. v letech 2011 až 2015. Tato společnost se zabývá výrobou plastových součástek pro automobilový, elektronický ale i zdravotnický průmysl. První část mé práce je věnována teoretickému hledisku. Zde jsou popsány různé postupy a metody, které se využívají k finanční analýze. Druhá část mé práce je zaměřena na samotnou aplikaci těchto metod na veřejně dostupných účetních výkazech s komentářem vývoje mezi roky a doplněním o informace z výročních zpráv. V rámci analýzy bude také provedeno srovnání Koh-i-noor Ponas s.r.o. s odvětvím. Třetí část této práce zhodnotí finanční strategii řízení společnosti a podá návrhy na její zlepšení. This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate financial situation of Koh-i-Noor Ponas s.r.o. between years 2011 and 2015. Mentioned company is focused on production of plastic parts for automobile industry, electronics and health care. First section of the thesis considers the theory on the subject, including description of methods used for financial analysis. Second section introduces concrete application of these methods on publicly available financial reports and also comments on the development of company's financial state between specified years. As a part of the analysis, financial state of Koh-i-noor shall be compared to the one of similar entities in the same field. Third section of the thesis evaluates financial management strategies of the company and suggests steps for improvement.
