Bakalářská práce analyzuje změny přístupu České republiky k uprchlíkům na případech uprchlictví ze zemí bývalé Jugoslávie a současné uprchlické krize (zaměřuje se na oblast Blízkého východu). Předmětem zkoumání je samotné poskytování mezinárodní ochrany Českou republikou během sledovaných období, ale také další aktivity ČR na pomoc uprchlíkům. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda se česká politika přiklonila k prosazování národního zájmu na úkor podpory lidských práv. Bachelor's thesis analyses the changes in approach of the Czech Republic towards refugees. This analysis focuses on refugee flows from former Yugoslavia and current refugee crisis. Thesis compares international protection granted by Czech Republic during both crisis as well as additional activities of CR in order to help refugees. Thesis's objective is to decide whether Czech policy has pursued its national interest at the expense of the promotion of human rights.
