Význam tématu výzkumu souvisí s naléhavou potřebou zlepšení platebního styku a stimulací činnosti podniku zaměstnanců s cílem dosáhnout sociální a ekonomické efekty. Pohled na závěrečnou kvalifikační práci je kritické zhodnocení platebního systému a systému personálních pobídek Ltd. Rudstroy a vývoj opatření pro jeho zlepšení.První část se zabývá teoretickými aspekty systému pobídek a stimulace pracovníků ve firmě. V druhé části práce byla provedena analýza finančních a ekonomických aktivit a personální politiky Ltd. Rudstroy a také zhodnocení platebního systému a stimulace personálu. Třetí část se zabývá systémem pobídek a stimulace zaměstnanců v podniku s přihlédnutím ke klíčovým ukazatelům výkonnosti, je také ukázána jeho ekonomická účelnost. The relevance of the research topic is related to the urgent need of employee reward and motivation system improvement with The goal of achieving social and economic effects. The aim is to conduct a critical evaluation of the reward and motivation system of LLC Rudstroy and develop activities for its Improvement. The first part considers theoretical aspects of personnel reward and motivation system at the enterprise. In. The second part includes an analysis of financial and economic activities and personnel policy of LLC Rudstroy, an assessment of the system of personnel reward and motivation. The third part of contains the draft system of personnel reward and motivation, taking into account key performance indicators, with proof of its economic Expediency. Results obtained in this bachelor's graduation paper, can be extended to other enterprises.
