Diplomová práce si klade za cíl připravit podnikatelský plán projektu, který v případě své úspěšnosti změní poměry v oboru řemeslných a stavebních prací v České republice. Prvním cílem této práce je nastínit, jak by tato služba fungovala včetně podnikatelského plánu. Druhým cílem je provést dotazníkové šetření, který bude podkladem pro strategické a marketingové plánování. The main focus of this Master´s Thesis is to prepare a business plan of the project, which will change the relations in craft and construction work in the Czech republic. The first focus of this work is to outline how would this service work, including the business plan. The second focus is to make a questionnaire survey that will be the basis for strategic and marketing planning.
