Název práce: Rozdíly úhrnů srážek měřených za fixní a klouzavá období Autor: Matyáš Razím Vedoucí bakalářské práce: RNDr. Miloslav Müller, Ph.D. Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá problematikou odlišnosti srážkových úhrnů naměřených ve fixně stanovených a klouzavých obdobích (dále fixní a klouzavé úhrny). Srážky jsou v praxi z několika důvodů zaznamenávány v pevně daných časových intervalech. Takto získané hodnoty však bývají většinou nižší, než když se období měření o stejné délce trvání určí tak, aby z dané srážkové události pojmulo co možná největší úhrn. To je způsobeno tím, že tento klouzavý úhrn je rozdělen do dvou fixních. Díky tomu bývají podceňovány určité srážkové charakteristiky, důležité pro zhodnocení potenciálních rizik a dopadů na společnost. Práce předkládá literární rešerši metod měření srážek, dosavadního výzkumu uvedeného problému a činitelů ovlivňujících průměrnou míru rozdílnosti naměřených hodnot. Tato rozdílnost je vyjádřena pomocí tzv. Hershfieldova faktoru, který je koeficientem využívaným k přepočtu souborů fixních úhrnů na úhrny klouzavé. Jeho nejčastěji uváděná a obecně platná hodnota činí 1,13. V závislosti na délce srážkových úhrnů, na klimatických podmínkách a na dalších faktorech je však variabilní. Title of Thesis: Precipitation amount differences between fixed and sliding time windows Author: Matyáš Razím Supervisor: RNDr. Miloslav Müller, Ph.D. Abstract This thesis introduces the issue of differences between precipitation totals measured within fixed and sliding periods (further as fixed and sliding totals). Because of several reasons, the precipitation is being measured in given intervals, in practice. Values obtained in this manner, however, are mostly lower than if the measuring period of the same length is set to include as much precipitation as possible. This is because the sliding total is split in two fixed totals. Therefore, values of certain precipitation characteristics, essential for the evaluation of potential hazards and their impact on the society, are often underestimated. So, the thesis presents a research of the precipitation measurement methods, as well as the previous explorations of the given matter and the influences determining the average magnitude of the fixed vs. sliding totals difference. This difference is expressed via the so called Hershfield factor, a coefficient used for conversion of sets of fixed totals to sliding totals. Its general value is most commonly determined as 1.13.
