Práce se snaží poukázat na důležitou roli a přínos lidových písní v rozvoji hudebních dovedností dítěte. V teoretické části se zabývá dnešními dětmi v mateřských školách a jejich vývojem. Děti jsou často ve věkově heterogenních třídách, ale každá věková kategorie je na různé úrovni vývoje a má své potřeby. Při tom je třeba pracovat v souladu se vzdělávacím systémem a jeho kurikulem. Formou metodických listů jsou v diplomové práci nabídnuty náměty a příklady, jak v práci s některými lidovými písněmi lze tento požadavek naplnit. Převážná část úkolů směřuje k celkovému rozvoji hudebnosti dítěte (aktivity: hudebně-pohybové, instrumentální, pěvecké a poslechové). V některých příkladech jsou v souvislosti s tématem písně uvedeny další činnosti podporující všestranný rozvoj dítěte. The aim of the thesis is to address the important role and benefit of folk songs in the development of child's musical skills. The theoretical part studies children currently attending nursery schools and their development. Children are often in heterogeneous by age classes but each age category is on a different level of development and has own specific needs. At the same time it is necessary to work in accordance with the education system and follow its curriculum. The thesis offers guidelines that give suggestions and examples of how to fulfil this requirement by working with a selection of folk songs. The majority of exercises address the all-round development of the child's musical skills (activities: exercises with music, instrumental, singing and listening). There are examples of other activities facititating all- round development of the child based on the topic of the song.
