Bakalářská práce podává přehled o možnostech využití mentoringu ve vzdělávání a rozvoji pracovníků v organizaci, specifikuje situace, ve kterých lze užití mentoringu definovat jako efektivní. Obsahem práce je identifikace těchto možností na podkladu analýzy vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků v organizaci. Nejprve jsou definovány hlavní pojmy, vymezeny cíle, formy a metody vzdělávání a rozvoje v organizaci, blíže jsou specifikovány a podrobně rozpracovány možnosti vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků. Dalším zdrojem informací pro identifikaci možností využití mentoringu je vymezení mentoringu, jeho podstatných principů a znaků, fází, forem užívaných v organizaci. Stanoveny jsou také přínosy a limity mentoringu. Na tomto základě jsou následně definovány možnosti vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků v organizaci, pro které je vhodnou a efektivní metodou mentoring. The thesis includes identification of these possibilities on the basis of an analysis of the education and development of the employees in an organization. First, the main concepts are defined, objectives, forms, and methods of education and development in an organization are specified, and the possibilities of education and development of the employees in an organisation are specified in more details. Another source of information for identification of the possibilities of using mentoring is the definition of mentoring, its essential principles and characteristics, stages, and forms used in an organization. Benefits and limits of mentoring are also defined. On this basis, the possibilities of education and development of the employees in an organization for whom mentoring is a suitable and effective method are defined.
