Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pohled zkušených učitelů na šikanu a narušené vztahy ve třídě. Teoretická část se dotýká charakteristiky šikany a jejích typických znaků. Vymezuje hlavní protagonisty šikany. Dále popisuje postupy při řešení šikany, diagnostiku, intervenci a prevenci. Teoretická část se také věnuje roli učitele, vymezení jeho profese a zkušenosti. Empirická část se představuje subjektivní pohled zkušených učitelů na šikanu a narušené vztahy ve třídě. Zaměřuje se na jejich osobní zkušenosti s jevem. Mapuje nástroje a strategie, které zkušení učitelé používají při řešení šikany a její prevenci. This thesis focuses on the view of experienced teachers on bullying and disturbed relationships in the classroom. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of bullying and its typical characters. It defines the main protagonists of bullying. It also describes the procedures for dealing with bullying, investigation, intervention and prevention. The theoretical part also describes the role of the teacher, the definition of his profession and experiences. The empirical part presents a subjective view of experienced teachers on bullying and disturbed relationships in the classroom. It focuses on their personal experience with the phenomenon. It maps the tools and strategies that experienced teachers use to dealing with bullying and its prevention.
