Práce se věnuje problematice podávání transfuzních přípravků pacientům po transplantaci krvetvorných buněk. V teoretické části je zpracováno téma transplantace krvetvorných buněk, její historie, možnosti a druhy transplantací, příklady indikací se zaměřením na nádory dětského věku. Dále jsou popsány základy hemoterapie, historie léčby krví, druhy transfuzních přípravků a náležitosti spojené s podáním transfuze. Následuje část, zaměřená na specifika hemoterapie u pacientů po transplantaci krvetvorných buněk. Praktická část práce obsahuje studii o transfuzních přípravcích, podávaných dětským pacientům po transplantaci krvetvorných buněk ve FN Motol. Soubor je tvořen seznamem pacientů, kteří podstoupili transplantaci v období od 1.1.2010 do 31.12.2012. Práce hodnotí vliv několika faktorů na množství a druhy podaných transfuzních přípravků. Mezi faktory patří pohlaví, věk, diagnóza, typ transplantace (autologní/alogenní, příbuzenská/nepříbuzenská) a typ inkompatibility krevních skupin v AB0 systému. The theoretical part covers the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, its history, possibilities and types of transplantations, examples of indication focused on tumours of childhood. The following text describes basics of hemotherapy, history of treatment by blood, types of transfusion products and matters related to the application of blood transfusion. Next section is about the specifics of hemotherapy for patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The practical part is dedicated to the study about transfusion products administered to paediatric patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at the University Hospital in Motol. The file consists of the list of patients, who underwent the transplantation during the period from 1.1.2010 to 31.12.2012. The thesis assesses the impact of several factors on the quantities and types of administered transfusion products. The factors include gender, age, diagnosis, type of transplantation (autologous/allogeneic), type of donor (related/unrelated) and type of incompatibility of blood group in the AB0 system.
