Anotace: Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku resocializace osob po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a na faktory, které resocializaci ovlivňují. Resocializační proces neprobíhá pouze během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, kde by měl působit nejintenzivněji, ale měl by následovat i po propuštění osoby z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V teoretické části je popsána daná problematika na základě dostupných informací z odborné literatury, která se o tomto problému zmiňuje. Empirická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na zjištění nejdůležitějších faktorů, které ovlivňují resocializaci z pohledu osob, které měly zkušenost s trestem odnětí svobody. V empirické části je popsán výzkum, který byl proveden formou dotazníku s kombinací uzavřených, polootevřených i otevřených otázek na reprezentativním vzorku 50 dotazovaných respondentů. Bylo definováno 8 hypotéz. Na konci empirické části jsou tyto hypotézy vyhodnoceny a jsou doplněny o poznatky a postřehy z výzkumu formou diskuze. The whole resocialization proces is not only in prison, where it should be most intense, but the process should continue after release from prison. In theoretical part the issue is described based on available literature. The empirical part is focused to find out the most important factors, which may affect the success of resocialization from the perspective of persons after imprisonment. The Research was carried out by using questionnaires.Eight hypotheses were defined. These hypotheses were evaluated and supplemented by research findings.
