[cze][eng] Cílem práce bylo popsat vztah krupiérů pražských kasin ke hraní hazardních her a jejich případné patologické hráčství. Byly použity výzkumné otázky sledující okolnosti vzniku a rozvoje patologického hráčství, jeho existence a možných příčin i vlastního vnímání respondenty. Jako metoda bylo zvoleno exploračně-korelační dotazníkové šetření, k získání dat pak kombinace dotazníku SOGS a vlastních uzavřených otázek. Základním souborem byli krupiéři zaměstnaní v pražských kasinech a výběrovým souborem, získaným za využití techniky totálního výběru pak respondenti, kteří vyplnili a odevzdali dotazník. Data byla zpracována matematicko-analytickými statistickými metodami v programu SPSS. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že počet pravděpodobných patologických hráčů mezi krupiéry pražských kasin je mnohonásobně vyšší než prevalence tohoto jevu v obecné populaci. V pražských kasinech je to 33% respondentů, v obecné populaci je prevalence odhadována na 1% patologických hráčů. Příčiny tohoto rozdílu se v práci objasnit nepodařilo. Research questions were used tracking circumstances of creation and the development of pathological gambling, its existence and possible causes and their own perception of the respondents. As the method was exploratory-correlation questionnaire survey to obtain data the combination of a questionnaire and SOGS own closed questions. The current population was employed in Prague croupiers casinos and a sample, obtained using the technique of total choice, off the respondents, who replied to questionnaire. Data were processed by mathematical-statistical methods of analysis in SPSS. From the final results is it evident, that the number of probable pathological gamblers among dealers of Prague casinos is much higher than the prevalence of this phenomenon in the general population. In the casino is 33 % of the respondents and in general population is estimated only 1% of pathological gamblers. The reasons for could be clarified this.
