Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zákazníků restaurace Gaudeo. V teoretické části se pokusím vysvětlit základní pojmy souvisící s tématem. V druhé části práci na základě posbíraných dat z dotazníkového šetření a provedené analýzy prostředí bude řešena problematika nespokojenosti. V závěru uvedu návrh plánu na zvýšení celkové úrovně spokojenosti. The bachelor’s work deals with issues of customer satisfaction in restauraunt Gaudeo. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s work contains basic terms related to the topics. The second part of the work will be dealt with dissatisfaction based on the data from the questionnaire and on the analysis marketing enviroment. In conclusion will be mentioned improvement proposal for the total satisfaction.
