Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace vybrané obchodní korporace. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout řešení na zlepšení finanční situace společnosti IMPS a.s., jejíž hlavní činností je prodej brzdových systémů značky WABCO pro užitková vozidla. Na základě teoretických poznatků a provedené finanční analýzy společnosti budou navrženy možnosti pro zlepšení celkové finanční situace společnosti. Analýza společnosti bude provedena za období 2011 až 2015. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of selected business corporations. The aim of the thesis is to propose solutions to improve the financial situation of the company IMPS a.s., whose main activity is the sale of braking systems, WABCO brand for commercial vehicles. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and financial analysis company will propose options for improving the overall financial situation of the company. Company Analysis will be carried out in 2011 - 2015.
