Tato práce pojednává o testovací stanici ve společnosti NXP Semiconductors, pobočkou v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm. Popisuje nejprve samotnou testovací stanici a její možnosti při testování softwarových knihoven. Poté popisuje automatický selftest této stanice a jeho dílčí kroky. Práce má sloužit také jako dokumentace k selftestu pro vnitřní účely firmy. Work discusses about the test station in NXP Semiconductors Company in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. It describes first the test station itself and its possibilities in software libraries testing. Second it describes automatic selftest of this station and sub-steps of this selftest.
