(abstrakt) Autor porovnává běžné pracovní postupy fotoreportéra deníku v analogové a digitální době. Sleduje a sumarizuje jednak používané technologie, jednak přístup fotoreportérů k jejich využívání a vlivy na výslednou obrazovou produkci. Smyslem práce je prokázat na konkrétních případech z fotografické praxe, že s příchodem digitální formy záznamu se pracovní rutiny změnily. K tomu slouží hlavní užitá metoda hloubkových rozhovorů s fotografickými profesionály. Práce dělí pracovní rutiny fotoreportéra na tři fáze: přípravy k fotografování, fotografování, následné zpracování snímků. Především v této části se projevuje její komparativní charakter, kdy autor vedle sebe staví vždy postupy běžně užívané v analogové době se standardizovanými postupy doby digitální. V hlavní části práce autor předkládá popis změn, které proběhly v souvislosti s digitalizací a vztahuje je ke konkrétním standardům novinářské práce. Za nejvýznamnější změny jsou považovány jednak možnost okamžité kontroly fotografické produkce, jednak digitální zpracování snímků jakožto náhrada za klasický chemický proces v temné komoře. Autor připomíná, že se díky této transformaci produkce novinářských snímků zrychlila a nastiňuje případy, kdy se také zkvalitnila. Práce obsahuje kompletní přepisy relevantních částí hloubkových rozhovorů se... Author of the dissertation compares usual working routines of photojournalist in analog and in digital era. The dissertation describes both the technology used, the approach of photojournalists and the influence which the technology and the approach have on the final image production. The thesis is to demonstrate by using concrete examples of photographic practice that the routine work has changed in digital era. The main research method used to prove this proposition is method of in-depth interviews with photographic professionals. The dissertation describes three phases of photojournalist`s routine work: preparations, photography and subsequent image processing. Author of the dissertation compares methods commonly used in analog era and standard methods used in digital era. In the main part, the author provides a description of the changes which followed the process of digitization and applies them to specific standards of journalism. The most important changes considered are the possibility of immediate control of photographic production and also the processing of digital images instead of traditional chemical process in the darkroom.
