Diplomová práce s názvem Zlatá stezka: Vlastivědný sborník kraje Husova a Chelčického se zabývá problematikou českých vlastivědných sborníků vydávaných v 1. polovině 20. století. Definuje charakteristické rysy tohoto typu periodika a věnuje se historii jejich vydávání na našem území. Na specifika regionálních vlastivědných sborníků poukazuje na konkrétním příkladu sborníku Zlatá stezka, který je jedním z typických představitelů tohoto typu periodika. Vycházel ve Vodňanech v letech 1927 až 1949 s přestávkou v období německé okupace. Časopis vydávalo místní učitelstvo. Práce popisuje jeho historii, cíle, problematiku financování, způsob zpracování a přípravy, představuje také nejvýznamnější osobnosti se sborníkem spojené. Součástí práce je analýza obsahové náplně sborníku. Analýza byla provedena prostřednictvím třech časových sond v odstupu po deseti letech, podrobně se věnuje druhému, dvanáctému a sedmnáctému ročníku časopisu. Sleduje zpracovávaná témata, typy příspěvků, pravidelné rubriky a jejich vývoj. Součástí analýzy jsou také krátké ukázky vybraných příspěvků ze sborníku. The thesis Golden Trail: A homeland-study magazine of region of Hus and Chelčický deals with the topic of Czech homeland-study magazines of first half of the twentieth century. It describes basic characteristics of this type of magazines and their history. The work characterises the specifics of homeland-study magazines on the example of the Golden Trail, which is a typical representative of this type of magazines. Golden Trail was published by a group of teachers in Vodňany from 1927 to 1948 with a break during the Second World War. The thesis describes magazines' history, goals, financial sources, explains, how it was prepared for publishing, who were the editors and authors of the articles etc. It also analyses the content of the magazines. It describes the main topics, article types, the sections and their evolution. The subject of the analyses were three volumes of the magazine - number one (published in the years 1928-1929), number twelve (1938-1939) and number seventeen (1948-1949).
