Cílem tohoto přispěvku je ukázat jaké množství živin je vázáno v mikroorganismech a jaká je rychlost mineralizace C a N, a nitrifikace v půdách dvou odlišných horských ekosystémů; smrkového lesa a alpinských luk; v oblastech zasažených acidifikací. Výsledky naznačují, že v současnosti půdy alpinských luk v Tatrách mají větší schopnost zadržovat živiny a nebezpečí vysoké mineralizace a následného vyplavování živin je nižší než v lesních půdách Šumavy. Results on the evaluation of chemical and biological properties of soil affected by long-term acidification are summarized. It is shown that mountain ecosystems differ in their ability to adsorb nutrients and in the rate of nutrient leaching.
