Název: Výběr a analýza faktorů určujících tvorbu koncepce profesní sebeobrany ve Vězeňské službě ČR Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je postihnout, definovat a následně analyzovat faktory považované za nejvíce ovlivňující a určující přípravu tvorby koncepce profesní sebeobrany příslušníků VS ČR. Zároveň je analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb příslušníků Vězeňské služby České republiky (VS ČR) v oblasti profesní sebeobrany. Dále poukazuje a nabízí určitá řešení či možnosti, vztahující se ke změnám v obsahu a metodice výuky sebeobrany ve VS ČR. Metody: V práci jsou využity metody kvalitativního výzkumu. Výběr faktorů jako podkladů pro tvorbu nové koncepce sebeobrany byl proveden na základě empirických kognitivních metod; pozorování, následná explanace a empirie. Vybrané faktory a dostupné zdroje byly následně definovány, analyzovány a evaluovány. Byla provedena rešerše použitých zdrojů, jejich analýza, syntéza, komparace a selekce. Dále bylo v práci využito statistického zpracování dat, interpretace a analýzy a také písemného dotazování - anketa (uzavřené a škálové otázky). Výsledky: Provedený výběr faktorů, jejich charakteristika a analýza i výše uvedené návrhy a požadavky představují možnou cestu, jak za uvedených podmínek a možností dosáhnout ve výcviku profesní sebeobrany ve VS ČR progresu a zvýšené... Title: Selection and analysis of factors defining formation of the Professional Self- defence Conception within the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to understand, define and then analyze factors which are considered to be the most influencing and defining while preparing and forming the Professional Self-defence Conception for the Czech (uniformed) prison staff. It also analyzes educational needs of the (uniformed) prison staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (PS CR) in the field of professional self-defence. It points out and offers particular solutions or options referring to changes in the content and methodology in the teaching of self- defence within the PS CR either. Methods: In the thesis there are used methods of the qualitative research. The selection of the factors (aspects) used for formation of the new Self- defence Conception was made on the basis of empirical cognitive methods; observation, then explanation and experience. Selected factors and available resources were subsequently defined, analyzed and evaluated. It was made research of used resources, their analysis, synthesis, comparison and selection.
