[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce zkoumá problematiku genderové rovnosti v české vědní politice. Základem eseje je strukturace a vymezení problému včetně shrnutí stavu dosavadního bádání a empirické evidence, dále představení závazků ČR v oblasti genderové rovnosti a také přehled současných vědních politik. Práce také analyzuje institucionální zabezpečení a vlivu aktérů na formulaci a tvorbu vědních politik a jejich postoj k otázce genderové rovnosti. Závěrečná část se pak věnuje analýze konstruování problému genderové rovnosti ve vědě v promluvách předních aktérů vědních politik. Základní výzkumná otázka přitom zní: Jak se dějí politiky nečinnosti? Po metodologické stránce vychází práce z konstruktivistického paradigmatu a feministické perspektivy. Základní analytickou metodou je metoda diskursivní analýzy.This diploma thesis examines issues of gender equality in the Czech science policy. The essay consists on defining of the problem, including a summary of the current state of research and empirical evidence, it outlines commitments of the CR in the field of gender equality and review current science policies. The thesis also analyzes the institutional support and influence of actors in the process of formulation and creation of science policies and their stance on the issue of gender equality in science. The final section is devoted to analysis of the construction of the problem of gender equality in science in the speeches of leading actors of science policy. In methodological terms, the work is comming out form the constructivist paradigm and a feminist perspective. The basic method of data analysis is discourse analysis.
