Abstract: The field of Genomics is aimed at complex analysis of genomes based on our knowledge of the nucleotide sequences in DNA. Bioinformatics is a tool for analysis of the long strings of nucleotide or aminoacid sequences. Here we describe basic methods of bioinformatics.
