Diplomová práce na téma Utváření právního vědomí v souvislosti se vzděláváním v právech dítěte má za úkol postihnout souvislosti mezi utvářením právního vědomí dítěte a vzděláváním v právech dítěte. Cílem práce byla analýza základních pojmů a právních principů, jejich spojení s pedagogikou, a zejména vytvoření výzkumné sondy pojednávající o právním vědomí dětí na primárním stupni základní školy. Výzkumná sonda pak přinesla zjištění, že čeští žáci se orientují v oblasti práv ochranných - pasivních než v oblasti práv participačních - aktivních a že vnímání práv je závislé na věku dítěte. The aim of my work was an analysis of basic terms and legal principles, its connection with pedagogy, and a creation of a research probe about the children awareness at Primary school. The research probe found out that Czech students concentrate on protective rights - passive rights than participate rights - active rights and a perception of rights is depend on the age of students.
