Metodika pojednává o úpravě pracovní doby a doby odpočinku; shrnuje stávající poznatky a účelně je aplikuje v rámci zadaného tématu. Cílem metodiky je především zefektivnit vzdělávání inspektorů Státního úřadu inspekce práce (SUIP) a oblastní inspektoráty (OIP), jakož i poskytnout pomoc při výkonu kontrolní činnosti. The Guidelines deal with issues pertaining to the working hours and rest periods, summing up all relevant data and applying them to the topic at hand. The guidelines are aimed at increasing the efficiency of education and training of Labour Inspection State Office (SUIP) inspectors and regional inspection offices (OIP), and at providing assistance in the execution of their control-related activities.
