Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje založení etnické restaurace. Cílem je vypracovat podnikatelský záměr, který se zaměřuje na provozní uspořádání restaurace a marketingovou studii fiktivní vietnamské restaurace v Praze. První část této práce zahrnuje teoretické poznatky o gastronomii a právní náležitosti při založení podniku. Ve druhé, praktické části je představena fiktivní restaurace, její právní forma a další náležitosti, jako je dispoziční uspořádání restaurace nebo organizační struktura. Součástí teto práce je analýza vlastního dotazníkového šetření o povědomí a poptávce zákazníků po vietnamských restauracích. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic Establishment of an Ethnical Restaurant. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan focusing on the operating arrangement and marketing studies of the fictive Vietnamese restaurant in Prague. The first part contains theoretical knowledge about gastronomy and legal essentials for founding a business. The fictive restaurant is going to be introduced in the practical part with its legal form and other essentials like the layout arrangement or organization structure. A part of this thesis is the consumer survey about awareness and demand for Vietnamese restaurants.
