Abstract: Computer numerical control (CNC) machining has been tested for rapid prototyping of\na new design of a dot-blotting device suitable for parallel testing of antibodies. The\ndevice, machined from polycarbonate, was prepared using an inexpensive computer\ncontrolled CNC router.
