Matematické a numerické modelování funkce polovodičové součástky je úloha velkého praktického a strategického významu. Proto bylo tomuto modelování v posledních letech věnováno ve světě mnoho teoretického i praktického úsilí. Mathematical and numerical modeling of the function of a semiconductor device is a problem of great practical as well as strategical importance. Recently, this modeling has been devoted much theoretical as well as practical effort in the world.
