Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení smlouvy o dílo ve vztahu k položkovému rozpočtu a byla zpracována ve spolupráci se stavební a obchodní společností MLM, s.r.o. Z realizovaných zakázek společnosti MLM, s.r.o. byl vybrán bytový dům Monika č. p. 373, který se nachází v lázních Luhačovice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení rozpočtu pro danou stavbu a následné zpracování návrhu smlouvy o dílo, kterou by společnost MLM, s.r.o. mohla používat jako vzorovou smlouvu na své další zakázky. This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the assessment of the contract work in relation to the budget and it was processed in cooperation with the construction and trade company MLM, Ltd. From the realized contracts it was selected the apartment house Monika No. 373, which is located in the spa Luhačovice. The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the establishment of the budged for the construction and subsequent processing of the contract work, which the company MLM, Ltd. could use as a model contract for its future contracts.
