Abstract: We report the morphological studies of six spirochetal strains. In transmission electron microscopy (thin sections and negative staining), with both blunt and tapered ends, a three-layered outer membrane and variable number of endoflagella.
Keywords: were observed. The strains were heterogenous in their lengths, widths and the number of their flagella.
