Práce pojednává o možném řešení problémů společnosti Caeasar Call. Nejzávažnějším problémem této společnosti je velká fluktuace zaměstnanců. Obsahuje metody zjišťování příčin a souvislostí tohoto jevu i zpracování výsledků. Výstupem je návrh, ve kterém jsou analyzovány nejzávažnější důvody vysoké fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich navrhovaná eliminace. Jméno společnosti je fiktivní, společnost si nepřeje být v práci jmenována jejím skutečným obchodním jménem. Bachelor Thesis deals with possible solving of problems in Caesar Call Company. The most critical problem in this company is high employee fluctuation. The thesis contains methods, which can find reasons and connections of this event and it also contains processing of results. As output is proposal, where are analysed main reasons of high personnel fluctuation and suggestion of their elimination. The name of a company is fictive. Company do not want to be named by real trade name.
