Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem a rešerší modelů akčních potenciálů srdečních buněk. Nabízí popis jednotlivých modelů včetně popisu jejich proudových složek. Vlastní řešení práce pak zahrnuje zrekonstruování vybraných modelů srdeční buňky v programovacím prostředí Matlab a srovnání s odbornou literaturou. This bachelor’s thesis deals with studies and researches models of action potentials of cardiac cells. It offers a description of the various models including description of their current components. The own solution of this project includes reconstruction of models of cardiac cell in numerical computing environment Matlab and compared with literature.
